I have a message on the screen that says "This channel should be available shortly." What does that mean?

This screen will appear when you tune to a channel that is currently not available or not included in your SECV channel package. If the channel is not available after 15-30 minutes and should be available, please contact your local office at 877.955.SECV or chat us for assistance.
