Why does my TV Guide say "To Be Announced" on every channel?

If you have recently lost power or unplugged your converter, DTA or TiVo this will happen.  It may take a few hours to load TV Guide data.  Otherwise, try unplugging your converter for 10 seconds and plugging it back in to re-start the TV Guide download process.  If you still need assistance, please contact your local office at 877.955.SECV or chat us live.
