Why am I hearing no audio at all on any channel?

If you are using a converter or Whole Home 6-Tuner media player, try pressing MUTE on the converter or media remote to be sure it is not muted.  Also check to make sure the volume on the converter or media player is not all the way down.  If you are not using a converter  or media player or you already checked this, make sure your TV is not muted or in another audio mode such as "SAP".  Check your TV volume as well.  Consult your TV instruction manual for further assistance with your TV or contact your local office for further assistance.
