The program has been authorized by the FCC, but the start date has not yet been established. The FCC is working to make the benefit available as quickly as possible, and you should be able to sign up by the end of April 2021. Please check FCC website, www.fcc.gov/broadbandbenefit, regularly for the latest information.
You need to visit the FCC Emergency Broadband Program website and receive confirmation that you are eligible, then visit www.secv.com/ebb and complete the online form. If you do not have Internet access, the FCC will mail you paperwork eligibility. Once you receive confirmation from the FCC that you are eligible, please call SECV 877.955.7328 and the SECV form will be mailed to you to complete and return to SECV. If possible, you should go online to the FCC website and the SECV website, otherwise, there may be significant delays in getting you approved for the program.
