I would like to change the amount of time my phone rings before it goes to voicemail. How do I do this?

In order to change the amount of time your phone rings before it goes to voicemail, you can log into the customer portal secv.user.alianza.com and under call handling change the no answer send to voicemail , edit the number of seconds to the time you would prefer.
