- How does SECV’s ACP program differ from other companies'?
No. SECV Phone service provides unlimited local and long distance calling to anywhere in the United States, Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico. If you wish to call outside of these areas, a long distance calling card can be purchased at a local retail store.
